We had stayed here on a visit to Cairns last year and enjoyed the peaceful and convenient location, so decided to rebook. The rooms are clean, well presented and the additional facilities such as a laundry (washing machines & dryers on site) make it an ideal place for an extended stay

Great experience right from the start. Stayed two nights. Walked in off the street with no booking, told the manager our preference was ground floor, parking close to room, good wifi, quiet. Got all that. Nice large room, wanted for nothing. We've stayed in various similar complexes in Cairns over the past 3 years and this is the best so far. It was November instead of July which is our usual time of travel I have to admit, so there was more space and it was much quiet for that reason also. Staff friendly, price very reasonable. We'll come back to this spot next time to use as a base for our FNQ activities. Close enough to Esplanade to walk down for our early morning coffee.

Have returned to this motel after 12 months,still spotlessly clean and the beds still the best, the bathroom had been beautifully updated. Owner and staff haven't changed, still very friendly and helpful. I stay here for a week and the cooking equipment provided makes self-catering a breeze,microwave, cook-top,toaster, jug, crockery, cutlery, pots and pan plus supermarket two blocks away. Will be back again next year. The exterior continues to improve.

It is a very reasonablely priced budget accommodation consisting of various sized self catering studio's. The manager even let me book a half day as I had a late flight on my day of departure. I arrived ealier than the check in time but no problem. Within 5 minutes I had checked in and I was shown to my room by a member of the reception staff who very kindly logged me in to the very fast, free wifi..awesome service.
